One of TSA’s top-most clients approached them for paid and earned needs. They also wanted a complete re-haul of an extremely complex multi-tier application that required both front-end and backend development.
Since this was one of TSA’s most important clients, we had to complete the project as early as possible, with no compromise on quality. A few companies had declined this project considering the mammoth development work, with such short deadlines.
The goal was to get a brand new web-app built in 90 days.
The task required extensive knowledge of ETL, and since we had a few resources experienced in the same, we made a great fit for TSA. We took one week to understand the requirements & expectations of the client.
Considering the magnitude of this project, we decided to provide 12 dedicated resources for the entire project. The developers worked overtime, even on weekends, to deliver the project on before the due date.
TSA, after judging the dedication these resources showed, decided to extend our work arrangement for six more months.
They hired 3 more resources to make sure the project was adequately staffed, resulting in a 15-person development team, working dedicatedly for them.
Throughout our work arrangement, higher management was involved very closely, to help move along the project.
