Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience: 3 years of demonstrated success in SEO/SEM campaigns, with a clear focus on site traffic and search rankings.
- Tool Familiarity: Proficiency in SEMRUSH, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other industry-standard tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other website elements affecting SEO.
- Content Marketing Expertise: Strong insight into content marketing and its integration with SEO/SEM.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and present complex data effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Required exceptional written and oral communication abilities for cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- SEO Optimization: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies using tools like SEMRUSH and Ahrefs to enhance organic search rankings.
- On-Page & Off-Page SEO Management: Utilize best practices in on-page and off-page SEO, including backlinking, to improve search engine presence.

- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze SEO/SEM performance, using industry-standard tools and reporting on key metrics.

- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO/SEM, making timely adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams to elevate the digital experience and ensure brand alignment.
