Do I need an NDA before the first call?
No. Discovery stays at the problem level. We sign a mutual NDA before seeing source code, customer data, or model outputs, typically before the AI Assessment kicks off. We accept your standard NDA template.
What does pricing look like?
Pilots $40-65k for 6-8 weeks. Production builds $120-220k for 12-16 weeks. Enterprise engagements $50-150k per month. Staff augmentation runs separately.

Yes, roughly 70% US, the rest UK, EU, Australia, Singapore. Two US offices anchor US time zones; Noida anchors EU and APAC. Standups scheduled in your time zone, not ours.
What if we need a Production Recovery engagement?
About a third of AI work we sign is recovery on systems built by other vendors. Note "recovery" in the form and we route to a senior engineer who has stabilized AI systems before. The first call audits what is broken.
What should I include in the form?
Three things: (1) the use case and which department owns it, (2) the deployment constraint that matters most (cost per call, p95 latency, accuracy floor, throughput, or recovery time), and (3) rough timeline and budget band.
