What does the interview process look like?
Two to three weeks end to end: an HR screen, a technical conversation, a paired session on a real production AI problem, and for senior roles a conversation with the pod you would join. No brain-teasers.
What is the tech stack?
A small, shared stack: LangGraph for orchestration, FastAPI for serving, vLLM for inference, MLflow as the registry, Braintrust for evals, and Pinecone or pgvector for retrieval. Senior roles add one major cloud.
Do you keep resumes if there is no current opening?
Yes. We keep strong applications on file and reach out when a matching pod opens. About a third of recent hires first applied when no exact role was listed.
