Senior engineers with five or more years by default, with principal-level placement available for architecture-heavy roles. Mid-level engineers ship inside a pod led by a senior; we do not place mid-level engineers as solo embeds. Each role page names the seniority profile for that lane.
Against your stack, not a generic rubric. The Skills Match runs the candidate through a representative slice of your codebase, your eval bar if the work is AI-flavored, and your delivery cadence. The Pilot Week extends that into actual paid work on a scoped deliverable, so fit is confirmed before any multi-month commitment.
It depends on the engagement model and the seniority you need. A dedicated engineer is priced per month, and the all-in rate typically lands about 70% below comparable onshore hires once benefits, bench time, and recruiting overhead are counted. During the Discovery Call or Skills Match we name the senior engineer who will lead the engagement. You meet them on a screen-shared call, see their work history, and can decline the match.
