About the role
We are looking for an AI-savvy marketer who wants to build a brand through impactful content and strategic digital marketing. This is an in-house role: you will work closely with the SEO, digital marketing and design teams to strengthen the Resourcifi brand, drive engagement and support business growth. If you enjoy creating compelling content, planning campaigns, leaning on AI tools and making decisions from data, this seat is built for you.
What you will do
- Develop and execute brand and content marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content for blogs, the website, LinkedIn, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
- Work with the SEO and digital marketing teams to improve content performance and organic visibility.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and marketing automation platforms to raise productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- Track performance, analyze the key metrics, optimize what is running and keep brand messaging consistent everywhere.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor degree in mass communication, marketing, journalism, business or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in brand, content or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Real experience in content creation and campaign management, with hands-on exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
- A basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing, and the ability to work across teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B marketing or the IT services and SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Canva or similar tools.
- A genuine appetite for learning and adopting new AI technologies.
