What Blindly Dating needed to solve.

Most dating apps reduce people to a photo and a swipe, which buries personality and rewards a snap judgement. Blindly Dating wanted to flip that order, matching people on prompts, values, and shared interests before any picture appears, then letting a photo reveal happen only when both sides choose it, all in one consistent app across iOS and Android.

The solution

Resourcifi built Blindly Dating as native iOS and Android apps on a Firebase and AWS backend, with real time chat over WebSockets and REST APIs for everything else. The app opens on a photo-free matches grid where every face stays blurred, profiles are built from conversation prompts, and a mutual, opt-in reveal lets two people unblur each other once a chat is going.
