Fit in 7: a workout app that fits a real session into seven minutes

Resourcifi designed and built Fit in 7, a native iOS and Android app that turns daily fitness into short, guided seven minute circuits, with a timer that calls every move and progress that keeps the habit going.

The challenge

What Fit in 7 needed to solve.

Fit in 7 wanted people who never find a free hour to still get a real workout done. The product had to fit a complete circuit into seven minutes, guide every move and rest with clear cues, and bring members back day after day across both iOS and Android.

Goals
  • Fit a complete circuit into a seven minute session
  • Guide each move with clear visual and audio cues
  • Make starting a workout a single tap
  • Hold one consistent experience across iOS and Android
  • Keep members coming back with streaks and progress
The solution

Resourcifi built Fit in 7 as a native app on both platforms, with a dark, focused interface built around the seven minute format. A featured session sits on the home screen, a guided player runs the timer for each move, and a progress view rolls up streaks, minutes, and Apple Health data in one place.

What we built

The Fit in 7 build, screen by screen.

01 · Onboarding and intent

Seven minutes, set the moment you open it

The first screen makes the promise plain, a full session in seven minutes, and gets a member training with one tap.

  • A clear seven minute promise
  • One tap to get started
  • Adaptive or beginner paths
  • Built for a busy schedule

02 · Daily home

Today's quick burn, ready to begin

The home screen opens on a featured session with its length and level, plus trending courses sorted the way the member likes to train.

  • Featured session with timer
  • Adaptive or beginner badge
  • Trending courses by tab
  • Begin a session in one tap
Guided flowPush reminders
03 · The seven moves

Every move laid out in order

Each circuit lists its seven moves with the seconds for each, so a member can see the whole session before starting.

  • Seven moves in sequence
  • Seconds shown per move
  • Warm up and stretch tabs
  • One tap to begin

04 · Guided player

A timer that calls each move

During a circuit a countdown ring runs the current move while the next one waits below, with elapsed time and calories in view.

  • Countdown ring per move
  • Current move and next up
  • Elapsed time and calories
  • Pause and resume

05 · Progress and streaks

Progress that reads in plain numbers

Streaks, sessions, and minutes roll up by week, with Apple Health data alongside so the full picture stays in one place.

  • Streak and session totals
  • Weekly activity bars
  • Apple Health metrics
  • Trends over time
