The challenge

What NetGym needed to solve.

NetGym is a San Francisco boutique-fitness platform that replaces the chaos of finding substitute instructors, team messaging, and staff scheduling with a single app, used across thousands of studios, health clubs, and gyms including names like Crunch Fitness and EOS Fitness. With native iOS, Android, and web apps maintained by a lean team, NetGym needed extra cross-platform engineering and dedicated QA to keep both app stores at parity and release on a fast cadence.

Goals
  • Keep iOS and Android at feature parity
  • Harden the real-time class-schedule and sub-request flow
  • Add dedicated QA for device coverage and release readiness
  • Scale mobile delivery without hiring overhead
The solution

Resourcifi embedded a dedicated pod of iOS and Android developers plus a QA tester. The pod built and maintained features across both native apps, hardened the real-time scheduling and sub-request experience, and added structured QA across the device matrix and the third-party booking integrations NetGym relies on.
