Bannatyne Group needed a full redesign and UX optimization of its Blu Tech (goblutech.com) Shopify e-commerce store. The product detail pages, cart, and navigation were holding back conversion and trust signals, the site was not ADA compliant, and there was no analytics infrastructure to measure performance.
