The challenge

What Star Clean needed to solve.

Laundry and dry cleaning still run on phone calls, paper tickets, and guesswork about when a pickup or delivery will actually arrive. Star Clean wanted one app where a customer can sign in with a phone number, book a service in a few taps, watch each order move from pickup to delivery, and message the team when something needs clarifying, all the same on iOS and Android.

The solution

Resourcifi designed and built Star Clean as native iOS and Android apps on a Node.js and AWS backend. The app opens on a location aware home with services and offers, signs members in with a phone number and a one time code, and turns each request into a tracked order with a pickup or delivery card. A built in chat connects the customer with the admin, the rider, and back to the user so nothing gets lost between the doorstep and the shop.
